Light and Colour

We have a wonderful new exhibition in June with new paintings by Emma Dunbar, Wendy McBride SWAc and Mary Sumner. 9-23 June.

Sarah Bowman film

Our friends at Appleton Pictures have made this excellent two minute film that shows Sarah at work in her studio ahead of the her recent one woman show.

To coincide with Sarah Bowman's new one woman show, we are publishing two limited edition prints, Dog Walker in the Snow and Waiting for the Catch. The prints are numbered and signed by the artist and from a small edition of 50. White Space Art will donate 20% of the profit of each print to MacMillan Cancer Support.

Louise Balaam

Louise started 2011 with admission to the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) and she ends the year with another accolade, becoming a member of the New English Art Club (NEAC). Congratulations to Louise.

2012 exhibitions

As 2011 draws to an end, we would like to thank all our customers and artists for a successful year and look forward to an enjoyable and exciting 2012. The first gallery exhibition will be Sarah Bowman's solo show in March.

Gallery theft

Sadly, someone stole a Mark Hall bronze sculpture from the gallery on Tuesday 20 December. Jumping the Gun, numbered 35/35. Anyone with any information, please contact the gallery or Devon & Cornwall Police, crime ref no JS 111328.
